Welcome to Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd’s (PBPL) Stopline Portal, a confidential external avenue for employees, customers, contractors and suppliers to ‘Speak Up’ and report misconduct and other serious workplace issues, make a whistleblower disclosure or to raise concerns in relation to their Water and Sewerage Services. Each of these services are provided by an external, independent service, Stopline, and are available 24/7.

Speak Up Service

PBPL’s Speak Up Service enables you to:

  • Raise any concerns you believe may be unethical, illegal, corrupt, fraudulent or undesirable conduct.
  • Raise any concerns of breach to the PBPL Code of Conduct
  • Make a whistleblower disclosure

Water and Sewerage Services Complaint

PBPL’s Water and Sewerage Services complaint services enables you to:

  • Raise any concerns in relation to your Water and Sewerage Services

The Speak Up program continues to provide access to Stopline, a confidential, independent organisation that will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember that our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity if that is their preference. The Speak Up program is available to all PBPL employees, contractors, customers or shareholders, and translation services can be provided if required.

The Speak Up program also provides a vehicle to facilitate disclosures made under the whistleblower regime, in line with PBPL’s Whistleblower Policy.
