About PBPL’s Speak Up Service

The PBPL Speak Up Service is an independent service run by Stopline that gives you the opportunity to report misconduct and other serious workplace issues – anonymously if you wish. The PBPL Speak Up Service is an independent service that you can contact to report suspected:

  • Theft
  • Fraud Dishonesty
  • Bullying and harassment
  • Policy breaches
  • Unethical behaviour; or
  • Workplace safety hazards including psychological safety.

The service includes:

  • A dedicated hotline number, website, mail and email address for employees, contractors, customers and other stakeholders to report suspected incidents of improper conduct.
  • Timely reporting of incidents to dedicated representatives within PBPL including the Whistleblower Officer.

About PBPL’s Water and Sewerage Services Complaints Service
In the first instance we would hope PBPL’s dedicated Complaints Handling Process would resolve any concerns you may have in relation to water and sewerage services, however we appreciate this may not always be the case and an independent service may be required if you are not satisfied with the outcome.

Stopline provides an option to report to an independent third party. Stopline will receive the report and pass this to PBPL.
